Automated Group Administration, Inc. (AGA), established in 1985, is a full-service third party administrator providing services for self-funded and fully insured employee benefit programs. AGA professionally administers hundreds of employer plans.
AGA is an active member of the Society of Professional Benefit Administrators (SPBA), a national association active in legislative matters, legal interests and continuing education. Carolyn Luzadder, FMLI, Vice President of Administration, has extensive experience in the group health insurance industry. Paul Selby, CPA, Chief Financial Officer, has many years of experience as a CFO. Greg Ward, MBA, President, has a wealth of experience in corporate financial planning, underwriting and third party administration. On a combined basis the management team possesses approximately 75 years in the employee benefits business.

We stress fast and courteous claims service; accurate accounting of all claims funds, intensive claims cost control through computerized enhancements and experienced claims examiners. Our clients enjoy one of the most advanced claims and billing administration systems in the country, the Trizetto QicLink system. While technology has allowed the use of more sophisticated systems, the importance of experienced claims examiners is still critical in identifying and controlling health care costs. Our examiners average more than seventeen (17) years of experience in claims adjudication.
